A waterfront launch that needed to feel inevitable — the address everyone was already talking about.

Problem

A premium tower entering a crowded market with no awareness and a tight pre-launch window. The developer needed demand before a single unit was released.

Approach

We built a launch film around the view, cut it into a vertical social campaign, and ran a paid + organic push timed to the release. One story, every channel, three weeks.

Result

TODO — confirm figures. The release sold out three weeks ahead of target, with the launch film driving the majority of qualified enquiries.
